Returns & Exchanges

At Jen-Ken Kilns, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your firing equipment. If your kiln or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery subject to our standard restocking guidelines.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any equipment back to our facility.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Kiln

    Ensure the kiln is unused and securely packed in its original crates or packaging with all internal brick supports and heating element protectors in place.

  • 3.
    Ship via Freight

    Arrange for return shipping using a reputable freight carrier and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the crate; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the unit for damage and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
